All villas and single family homes offer 9 foot ceilings with cathedral and tray ceiling areas, designer kitchens with 36 inch standard wall cabinets, hardwood floors in the foyer and kitchen, ceramic tile floors and surrounds in the baths and custom mill work and accent moldings throughout. The first floor master suites include a 5 foot soaker tub and separate glass shower, plus comfort height vanities and commodes. All homes are also pre-wired for high speed internet access.

In addition, Mallard Landing also offers the same full equity ownership that is featured at SummersGate. As a SummersGate resident you are not entitled to Mallard Landing services, however, when you are ready for the services offered by Mallard Landing we will assist you in selling your SummersGate home and investing in a cottage, apartment condominium or assisted living apartment at Mallard Landing.
